What happens if…

It’s out of stock on the day
Your choice when you subscribe: skip and email me (we skip that week, charge nothing, try again seven days later, and pause after four skips), send the closest match (same caliber, bullet type and weight, a similar box, never more than 10% over per round — we email you the day before), or send the best in-stock load of that type (brand doesn’t matter; you get the lowest cost per round every time).
The load is discontinued
We pause the AutoShip and email you. Reply with the load you’d like instead and we set it up; nothing ships that you didn’t pick.
The price changed
You pay that day’s price less 5%, whichever way it moved. It’s on the reminder email before anything is charged.
Your card declines
We retry over the following days and email you each time. Update the card in My account and the shipment goes out.
You move
Change the address in My account. If it’s a state we can’t ship ammunition to, we pause it and email you instead of charging you.
You want a different amount or load
Start a new AutoShip on the product page and cancel the old one in My account, or reply to any AutoShip email and we’ll do it for you.

Questions

How do I start one?
Open any ammo page, choose Subscribe to save 5%, pick every 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, add to cart and check out as usual. You’ll need an account; your card is saved securely by our payment processor for the shipments that follow.
When am I charged?
Today for the first shipment, then on the same day of the month at each interval you chose. A reminder email arrives 3 days before every charge.
What price do I pay?
That day’s price less 5%. Ammo prices move; you always get the current price, never a stale one.
Does AutoShip ship free?
Yes when the ammo in the shipment comes to $149 or more, like any ammo order here. Under that, the flat rate is shown before you subscribe and stays the same each time.
Can I pause or skip?
Pause any time from My account → Subscriptions and reactivate when you like; that is your skip. You can pause once per billing cycle.
How do I cancel?
My account → Subscriptions → Cancel. No fees, no phone call, and nothing else ships.
I’m a Heritage member. Do I get both discounts?
You pay your member price on ammo, which is 5% — the same number. AutoShip adds the schedule, not a second discount.
Can I have more than one?
Yes. One per load, each on its own schedule. They renew separately.
Is this a contract?
No. It renews until you cancel, and you can cancel the next shipment any time before it’s charged.
