What to bring to pick up your suppressor in Dallas

Bring these three things

• A government-issued photo ID (driver license or state ID). The name and address must exactly match the billing name and address on your order. This is what the 4473 is checked against, and a mismatch is the number-one reason a pickup gets delayed.
• Proof of your current address if your ID address is out of date: a vehicle registration, a hunting or fishing license, a voter card, or a government tax document with your name and current address.
• Your order number. It is in your confirmation email. It tells us which suppressor is yours the moment you walk in.

Who can pick up in Dallas

You must be a Texas resident (federal law lets a dealer hand over a firearm or suppressor in person only to a resident of its own state), 21 or older, legally able to own a suppressor, and able to pass the standard federal background check. No memberships required. The suppressor transfers to you in person at our Dallas shop. We handle the paperwork on our side; you bring the items above.

What happens at the counter

1. We pull your suppressor and check your ID against the order. Two minutes.
2. You complete Form 4473, the same form used for any firearm purchase from a dealer.
3. We run the background check. Most come back in minutes. If NICS returns a delay, we hold the suppressor for you until it clears and call you.
4. You walk out with it. We log the transfer on our side. Nothing to mail, nothing to wait for.

Plan on 30 to 45 minutes in total.

Fees and time

Federal transfer tax is $0. Members pay no transfer fee at our counter. Non-members are told the counter fee when they book. Pickups are by appointment so the paperwork is ready when you arrive.
