Because we sell firearms and regulated products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds will be provided.

1) Firearms, Frames/Receivers, and Serialized Parts — Final Sale

All sales of firearms, frames/receivers, and any serialized component are final. Once a firearm is transferred to the buyer by the receiving FFL (after the background check/transfer paperwork is completed), it is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds will be issued.

2) Ammunition / Primers / Powder — Final Sale (Non-Returnable)

For safety and compliance reasons, ammunition is non-returnable. This includes (but is not limited to) ammunition, primers, powder, and related consumables. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds.

3) Inspect Before Completing Transfer (Critical)

You must inspect the firearm at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer.
If there is visible shipping damage, the wrong item, missing parts, or an obvious issue, do not complete the transfer. Notify the receiving FFL staff immediately and contact us within the timeframe below.

When contacting us, include:

Order number

Photos of the issue/packaging

Receiving FFL name and location


4) Wrong Item / Shipping Damage — Replacement/Correction Only (Before Transfer Only)

If we confirm that we shipped the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged in transit, or the item was missing parts as shipped, and the firearm has not been transferred, we may (at our discretion) provide a remedy such as:

Replacement (if available), or shipment of the correct item/missing components, or other corrective resolution we deem appropriate.

No refunds will be issued, including for shipping damage or shipping carrier issues.

Reporting deadline: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to the receiving FFL (or within 48 hours of your pickup notice, whichever comes first). Keep all packaging.

5) Background Check Denial / Ineligibility to Receive

All firearm purchases are conditional upon your ability to legally receive the firearm from your selected FFL (including passing any required background check and complying with federal/state/local law).

If you are denied or cannot complete the transfer for any reason:

No refunds will be provided.

You are responsible for all shipping costs, return shipping, and any fees charged by the receiving FFL (transfer, storage, etc.).

If the item must be returned or re-routed, any handling/reshipment will be subject to compliance requirements and any applicable fees.

6) Order Cancellations — Not Allowed

Order cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed. Please confirm all details (including the correct receiving FFL) before submitting your order.

7) Refused Packages / Failure to Pick Up

If you refuse a shipment or fail to pick up/complete transfer within the receiving FFL’s timeframe, no refunds will be provided. You are responsible for all related costs (shipping both ways, storage fees, etc.).

8) Special Orders — Final Sale

All special orders (items ordered on request, distributor pull-through orders, or items not normally stocked) are final sale. No cancellations. No refunds.
